Elegant & beautiful unit with tv. A great selection of supplies in the room: an electronic key card, a work desk, and flat-screen television. The location magnificent and perfect in the old town...

Truly enjoyed hotel’s favourable location and pretty friendly staff, it met the purpose. Location: the property was right by the bus station, all sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping, and Ragusa Ibla and the Palazzo Di San Giorgio. I randomly popped in Gelati Divini serving some pastries, located not too far away from the hotel, it was nice.

The double bedroom with an adjacent private living room at Il Baiocco was like a dream come true for me. The room had the best comforts of a classy hotel and the exclusive amenities made my stay feel truly special. The cozy and comfortable suite with an ensuite bathroom added to the luxury, and the private terrace with a panoramic view was absolutely breathtaking.
I didn't really enjoy the tile/marble floor in the double room. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

The location was super central, allowing us to explore all the nearby attractions on foot. The property was spotlessly clean and surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. Rita, the owner, was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She provided us with precise directions to the off-site car park and even picked us up with our luggage. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The breakfast was fantastic, with homemade pastries that were simply mouthwatering. Rita even drove us back to our car when it was time to leave. Absolutely mind-blowing service!

The double bedroom with an adjacent private living room and a charming terrace gave me the feeling of staying in a luxurious hotel without breaking the bank. It was like having my own little apartment with fantastic views! As a budget traveler, this was beyond my expectations.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the tile/marble floor in the double room. But hey, that's just my opinion, some might find it fancy!
